Do you feel like you’re always “on” — overthinking, carrying too much, or trying to hold it all together? Many of the people I work with describe feeling exhausted by pressure, weighed down by self-criticism, and unsure how to break the cycle. Therapy is a place to pause, untangle the noise, and reconnect with yourself. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they’ve been carrying too much for too long — the overthinking, the self-criticism, the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together. In our work, we slow down that inner noise so you can actually breathe, release the pressure, and feel more like yourself again I understand how daunting it can feel to take the first step toward therapy. You may have been carrying certain feelings or questions for a long time, unsure where to begin or if real change is even possible. In our work together, you don’t have to have it all figured out — we can explore it gently, at your pace. I will listen without judgment.

Approach Today, my work is guided by the belief that therapy is most powerful when it meets you exactly where you are. I integrate three core approaches — Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Letting Go & Emotional Release — each flexible, intuitive, and adapted to your needs. Some sessions focus on deep listening and presence, others on structured tools and strategies, and sometimes we invite the body to lead the way in releasing what words can’t touch. Clients often describe my presence as calm, grounded, and fully present. I don’t rush the process — I hold the space for what’s ready to emerge, walking alongside you at your pace. My role is that of a therapeutic facilitator: not ahead of you, not behind you, but beside you. I believe that healing isn’t something we “do” to ourselves — it’s a natural unfolding when things are in alignment. We are all connected, all part of something greater, and the starting point is often a simple question: From what energy, identity, or role am I living right now?
