I am a trained Facilitator and have worked with the Cork social health and education project for many years. I set up my individual counselling practice in Bishopstown Cork five years ago, and am privileged to have worked as a therapists with so many wonderful people. I am fully Garda vetted and Insured. I work with Adults 18 years up. Much of my earlier training was with Cork Social health and Education Project where I now facilitate courses on personal Development, Stress management, and Effective communication and relationship Skills. Approach My approach to therapy is Client led, Meeting you where you are in your life at any given time. You can be assured of a safe and Confidential therapeutic experience where you can work through difficuties at your own pace. I offer help in many areas of life with Stress management ,relationship difficulties. Family difficulties, Parental issues, Sleep, Past trauma and specific phobias. together we will work towards improving the quality of your day to day life. I will meet you and discuss your needs without you having to commit to any ongoing obligations unless to feel really ok to book further sessions. The most important part of seeing a therapist is the Client therapist relaionship. Once you are happy that this relationship is good then therapy and healing can begin.
