Main Features

You can get referrals in two ways, directly to your profile or indirectly by searching submitted client questionnaires.

note you must have a profile to acquire indirect referrals.

When a client makes a booking, the first fee is shared between the therapist and the website in the following way

€35- €69 split is 70% : 30% ( eg. €50 paid. €35 for therapists.ie : €15 to the therapist )

€70- €99 split is 60% : 40% ( eg €70 paid. €42 for therapists.ie  : €28 to the therapist)

Above €100 Split is 50% : 50% ( eg €110 paid. €55 for therapists.ie : €55 to the therapist)

Please note: The therapist must have an stripe connect account to receive refunds. use the link on the dashboard to create an account. 

Clients reach out in 2 ways...... Directly and Indirectly 

Directly: to your listing, either by a booking or a direct message, you must have a listing, with times that can be booked.

Indirectly: a client can fill in our questionnaire, this is submitted into the site, therapists with matching preferences, will be notified by email of this client.

Regardless of the contact method, you should then reach out to the client and message, you are not permitted to share contact information, it will be blocked by the platform, after discussing terms, you need to encourage the client to book your profile. 

A client will contact a therapist directly on their profile or indirectly by submiting a form or questionnaire, this can then be acquired by the therapists. The therapist then engage the client, asking any questions on the chat, if the client is happy to proceed, they can encourage the client to book a time on their profile. The first session booking fee for NEW clients is shared between the website and the therapist.

EXISTING clients are free to book you at no cost, to add an existing client add them their email address in your dashboard.

Payouts are processed with stripe. 

To recieve your % of the first session fee, you need to have a stripe connect account, this can be created from the dashboard.

if you dont have a stripe account set up, we cannot facilitate a payout later for this transaction.

Just follow the steps to create a listing, then add your existing clients  as customers and let them schedule your profile at no cost.

You must add the hours your available to be booked.

You need to add the exact price you charge per session.

New clients who book your profile become your client after a booking is completed.

Yes, we accept both Online & Face to Face profiles.

You need to provide Insurance and a copy of qualifications.

You'll get an email and a whats app link with details of your booking, please ensure you put our email on the safe senders list.

Yes. You're free to schedule your existing clients at no cost.

(we only charge the client the first session fee for new clients who book your profile).

How it works

To allow your clients to book you free, just share your booking URL with them, to ensure you client isnt charge, just add your clients booking email in your customer list in the webiste. 

Yes you can connect you Stripe or PayPal account to accept direct payment. 

Yes, you can, however you need to display that you are a student in training.

Yes, you can provide low cost, you'll need to make the seletion when adding your profile. Your profile will be displayed in a specific low cost URL on the website. 

You can generate a booking button from My Buttons in the dashbord. Take this code and add/embed it in your website, visitors to you website can schedule a time with you.
