Qualification I have completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology in Turkey, where I had privilege of graduating one term earlier with high honour degree. After that, I pursued my master's degree in Health Psychology at Bournemouth University in the UK.

Throughout my academic journey and professional experiences, I have gained a deep understanding of human behaviour, mental health, and the challenges faced by individuals with diverse backgrounds. My works as Assistant Psychologist in different places involved assessing and managing the needs of patients, providing individual and group therapies, and maintaining detailed case notes. These experiences have equipped me with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and provide compassionate care. Also, my private work as psychologist includes utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to treat my clients struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, and stress to improve their overall well-being. Besides CBT, I also integrate Mindfulness techniques to my therapy approach.
