Experience
3+ years in Psychotherapy
I hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a pre-accredited IACP member as well as a CORU-registered social care worker.
Over the past eight years I have worked in student counselling services, mental health services, cancer support, and disability and autism services. I have really valued the chance to learn from each setting and to support people through many different stages of life.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-aware, and integrative. I aim to create a gentle, collaborative space where you can explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, or life changes and begin to find steadiness and new possibilities.
I now run a private practice in Clonmel, offering both in-person and online sessions.
Approach My approach is person-centred, humanistic and holistic, viewing each person as a whole—mind, body and spirit.
I trained through an integrative lens, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives such as Gestalt, cognitive approaches and body-based awareness. This flexibility lets me meet you wherever you are in life and choose the approach that best supports you at each stage.
