I am an Integrative Counsellor and Art Therapist, drawing from a range of approaches so therapy can meet you where you are. Sometimes talking is the most natural way in; at other times, creative tools can help express and make sense of feelings that are harder to put into words. No artistic ability is ever needed — simply an openness to explore what feels helpful for you.
My style is gentle, collaborative and grounding. We work together to build understanding, nurture resilience, and support you in connecting more fully with your inner resources. The process is guided by you — what feels safe, what feels useful, and what feels true for your life.
I work from Insight Matters in Capel street and Marino Counselling in Fairview.
Session fees range from €60–€80, with some flexibility to support those who may need a reduced rate.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification BA Honours degree in Integrative Counselling and Art Therapy
Dublin Art Therapy College accredited by South East Technological University (SETU) Carlow and Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP)
Experience
3+ years in Art therapy
I first worked in community settings, supporting vulnerable individuals and gaining a strong understanding of people’s needs and challenges. This experience naturally led me into counselling and art therapy, where I’ve been working for the past three years. I became fully accredited this year.
I’ve worked in a variety of centres and now practise privately from two locations. In my work, I support people with anxiety, low mood, life changes, self-esteem, confidence, neurodiversity and disability.
My style is steady, down-to-earth and supportive. I aim to create a space where you can feel understood, take things at your own pace, and explore what you need in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Approach As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe one style fits everyone. I draw from different therapeutic approaches so we can find what suits you best — whether that’s talking things through, building coping tools, exploring patterns, or focusing on the body and emotions.
Alongside talking therapy, I also offer art therapy if you’d like to use it. Art therapy can help express feelings that are hard to put into words. You don’t need to be “good at art” — it’s about exploring and making sense of what’s going on inside, in a gentle and creative way.
