Experience
4+ years in Psychotherapy
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with over three years of experience in the field of mental health and therapy. My journey began in social care, where I worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities. This experience was invaluable in teaching me the importance of empathy, patience, and providing individualized care, which has been a foundation in my approach to therapy. As I sought to deepen my impact, I transitioned into addiction therapy, working in a treatment center where I supported individuals struggling with substance abuse. My time there reinforced my belief in the power of understanding each client’s unique story and needs, and it became a cornerstone of my practice. In addition to my work in addiction therapy, I also provide services at a domestic abuse organization, supporting women who have experienced domestic violence. This role is particularly meaningful to me as it allows me to empower survivors, helping them rebuild their lives with strength and resilience. I also work with both male and female clients, offering therapy for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression. I utilize an integrative approach, tailoring my therapeutic methods to meet the diverse needs of each client by combining techniques from different modalities to ensure the most effective treatment. Whether working online or in person, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, and work towards healing and growth.
Approach My mindfulness-based approach helps clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation. I am committed to empowering my clients to navigate their personal journeys with confidence and clarity. If you're looking for a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping you achieve your mental health goals, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to create a path toward healing and growth.
