10++ years in Gestalt therapy

I have more than 10 years of experience in private practice. I have been working in several countries including Estonia, Denmark, Portugal, United Kingdom. Since Covid times, most of sessions are done online.

Approach

Having an experience in multiple therapeutical approaches, I use whatever feels best in every single case. My background is the one of Gestalt therapy. But additionally to that I use CBT, family constellations, meditation.
